Seems like media fire converts the OPRO installer i made into something else.
Anyways ill just "rar" the files and upload it. You ought to have Winrar and extract it to your RO folder. Sorry for the errors. Winrar Link (If you do not have it, this file will be use to extract the new patch)

Steps:
1. Download (Yes don't run it.. Save it!)
2. Extract (Extract it to your RO folder)
3. Play (To register <user name>_m/_f on game)
